Famous Foods Street Eats posed a design challenge: creating an intuitive ordering system for 30+ kiosks within the venue. The design aimed to enable guests to order effortlessly from every food stall, even in a single transaction.

CHALLENGE

The key objective was to design an intuitive and seamless UX/UI for the kiosk ordering system, ensuring a swift and straightforward ordering process for enhancing the guest experience.

Ideation & Concepts

In partnership with Oracle, I conceptualized and designed the premiering interface for the venue hosting 18 unique food concepts. The design featured a streamlined 5-step ordering process, catering to the venue's high traffic volume and enhancing its revenue-generation capabilities.

Design Process & Execution

Leveraging Adobe XD, I crafted an interactive prototype for the kiosk ordering system. The design accommodated 18 unique food concepts, ensuring guests could navigate and place their orders with ease and efficiency.

RESULTS

The new kiosk ordering system was highly successful, with daily user interactions exceeding 2,000. As a result, the venue became one of Las Vegas's highest revenue-generating spaces. This project underscored the significant role of user-centered design and strong collaboration with technology partners in enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.
