Adapt Inc., a start-up company, required a holistic and user-friendly design ecosystem for their multiple platforms: a consumer-facing application, a web platform, and a companion application. The key challenge was to make these platforms seamlessly integrated and easy for merchants of various industries to use for efficient business management.

CHALLENGE

The overarching goal was to design the user experience and interface for several aspects of the start-up's platform, which included a consumer-facing application, web platform, and companion application. These components were to work cohesively, contributing to an interconnected ecosystem that enhanced the overall customer experience.

Ideation & Concepting

The ideation process was centered around formulating initial ideas, sketches, and wireframes, with a focus on enhancing the user journey through the app's core features, including the base profile page, services, appointments, and orders.

Design Process & Implementation

The design process initiated with the mobile application, utilizing Adobe XD for crafting interactive prototypes. Parallelly, the web platform and companion application were developed. A robust back-end was essential to facilitate a seamless web platform integration and companion application functionality.

RESULTS

The final designs received positive feedback, providing a one-stop solution for entrepreneurs to manage their businesses effectively. This project highlighted the significance of deep user understanding, thorough research, and the impact of user-centered design in creating an effective UX/UI.
